Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mavio™, every order leaves our facility with the same level of care that goes into formulating our products. Here's exactly how we process, ship and deliver, so you always know what to expect.

Order Processing

Every order is processed within 3 to 5 business days before it ships. During that window, our team:

✔ Reviews your order details for accuracy ✔ Runs a quality check on each product ✔ Packs everything securely to protect it in transit

Orders process Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

🇺🇸 United States Shipped via trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery: 15 to 20 business days after processing.

🌍 International Shipped through reliable global carriers and local couriers. Estimated delivery: 15 to 30 business days, depending on your country.

Heads up: delivery windows can shift due to customs clearance, weather, peak holiday demand or carrier delays we don't control. If anything significant changes with your shipment, we'll let you know.

Order Tracking

The moment your order ships, your tracking link will arrive in your inbox. You can also check the status anytime through our Track Your Order page on mavio.com.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or fix something on your order? Reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order is already moving through our system and we can't make changes.

To cancel, email us with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER" 📧 support@mavio.com

Once your order has shipped, the carrier takes over and we can't intercept it. Please double check your address at checkout.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order shows up damaged or you got the wrong item, we'll fix it fast. Just email us with:

✔ Your order number ✔ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A free replacement will go out as soon as we confirm the details. No back and forth, no restocking fees, no hassle.
