Shipping & Delivery

At Mavio, every order is handled with the same care we'd want for our own family. From the moment you check out to the day your bottles arrive, our goal is to make the whole experience feel smooth, honest and worth coming back for.

Order Processing

Every order is reviewed, packed and prepared within 3 to 5 business days.

That window gives our team time to:

  • Run quality checks on every bottle
  • Pack your order securely so nothing gets damaged in transit
  • Confirm your shipping details before anything leaves our warehouse

Orders process Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States We ship through trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery: 15 to 20 business days after dispatch.

International We ship worldwide to most countries. Estimated delivery: 15 to 30 business days, depending on your location and local courier.

Please keep in mind that delivery times can shift due to:

  • Customs clearance in your country
  • Weather disruptions
  • Peak holiday volumes
  • International logistics delays outside our control

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can also track your shipment anytime through our tracking page at mavio.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or update your order? Reach out within 24 hours of placing it and we'll handle it.

Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel, edit or change the delivery address. Please double check your info at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will try to deliver your package up to two times.

To avoid delays or returned packages, please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you provided.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order shows up damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right fast.
